Saddal Brothers Industry
1. Order Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed only after receiving complete order details including product specifications, design, quantity, and delivery requirements. Production will begin once the order confirmation and required advance payment are received.
2. Pricing
Product prices depend on specifications, materials, embroidery work, customization, and order quantity. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantity may apply depending on the product type. MOQ will be communicated during quotation or order confirmation.
4. Sampling
If required, samples can be produced before bulk production for customer approval. Sample charges may apply depending on product complexity and customization.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for international orders:
Bank Wire Transfer (TT)
Wise (International Transfer)
Western Union
Production will begin after receiving the agreed advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Lead Time (Production Timeline)
Production lead time depends on order quantity and product specifications.
Typical timelines:
Sample Production: 5–10 working days
Bulk Production: 15–30 working days
Large orders or complex designs may require additional time. Exact timelines will be confirmed after order review.
7. OEM / Private Label Manufacturing
Saddal Brothers Industry offers OEM and private label manufacturing services for international clients.
We can manufacture products according to your:

Brand logos
Material specifications
Colors and finishing
Custom packaging requirements
All customer designs and brand information are kept strictly confidential.
8. Quality Assurance
All products go through strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure they meet our manufacturing standards and customer requirements.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders can be shipped worldwide through reliable courier and cargo services such as:
DHL
FedEx
Air Cargo
Sea Cargo
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
10. Order Changes or Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
11. Liability
Saddal Brothers Industry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
12. Intellectual Property
All customer logos, designs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Saddal Brothers Industry will not reproduce or sell customer designs to third parties without permission.
